Todd Morrison
President
Todd's leadership has been instrumental in Rogers' ascent to become Eastern Canada's largest motor rewind facility. A graduate of Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario, Todd's commitment to excellence is reflected in his hands-on approach to daily operations across all four locations. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Todd actively volunteers his time on various community boards. Despite his busy schedule, Todd remains deeply involved in every aspect of the business, maintaining regular communication with both customers and employees, ensuring exceptional service round the clock.
Riley Keith
CFO
Riley began his journey with Rogers in 2013 as a summer student while attending university. Upon graduating, he started his career with us in 2016 as Controller. Since then, Riley has utilized his business management skills to drive Rogers Electric's growth both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
Pierre Legere
Bathurst Shop Manager
Pierre joined our team as a machinist in 2011 and earned his Red Seal Machinist certification in 2014. He then advanced to Reliability Manager before becoming our current Shop Manager in Bathurst, NB. With extensive experience in motor analysis, Pierre plays a key role in maintaining our operational excellence.
Frank Gaslard
Labrador Shop Manager
Frank joined Rogers Electric as the Wabush Production Manager in 2019. After graduating from CNA - Electrical Engineering Technology, Frank built a robust career, initially gaining valuable experience in the mining industry. He then broadened his expertise by working in a hydro-generating plant where he built skills in critical industrial electrical and control systems. Frank’s diverse background and extensive knowledge in the electrical field made him a valuable addition to the Rogers Electric team, where he continues to contribute to the company's success.
Dale Thibodeau
Inside Sales
Dale joined Rogers Electric in 2006 as a key member of our inside sales team and was integral to the company's early success. With extensive expertise in motor design and applications, Dale has successfully helped numerous operations source replacements for legacy frames that are no longer available. Today, as a senior member of our inside sales team, Dale remains dedicated to assisting with any issue you may encounter, no matter the hour.
Mathieu Vienneau-Richard
Electrical Supervisor
Mathieu Richard, a graduate of the Electro-Mechanical program, joined our team in 2013 as a Field Technician. After excelling in his role, he transitioned to Electrical Supervisor. With vast experience in motor analysis, Mathieu is a vital asset to our operations, ensuring top-notch performance and efficiency.
Ron Watson
Purchaser
Joining our team in 2006, Ron Watson started in the shop, getting his hands dirty and mastering the essentials. Excelling in various roles, he eventually became our dedicated Purchaser. With a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail, Ron ensures optimal procurement processes, contributing significantly to our success.
Jacob Hosein
Business Develop Manager
With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University, I have been immersed in the world of sales and business development since 2021, and my passion for it stretches back even further. I am committed to building long-lasting relationships with our customers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive quality results. My goal is to meet expectations and exceed them, ensuring that our clients feel supported every step of the way.
